Based in Thomasville, Georgia Fontaine Maury was launched in 2003 by owner and designer Haile Parker McCollum. We could brag and tell you that we are very friendly, quite clever, good at shipping, ground breaking designers that tend to be ahead of the curve... but instead we enlisted some of our retail customers to tell you about working with us. So read on, we think you will be pleased, we sure were!
I am the owner of papers + presents - a stationery business that I created 24 years ago. My store is located in Wellesley, Massachusetts just 15 miles west of Boston. Our business is mostly comprised of personalized papers and monogrammed gifts. My partnership with Fontaine Maury is one of my most treasured. Haile's products are darling...love the colors, patterns, motifs, and the MONOGRAMS. (duh!) FM's cute (and useful) products along with the price point, and outstanding customer service make it easy to sell to my clientele. I personally adore the line and appreciate Haile's passion for what she does. Her multi faceted business is tremendously successful. In addition, she is constantly working to improve the relationships and businesses of those she works with. She was instrumental in creating A FRESH BUNCH available to designers and retailers in the stationery industry. She continues to work on their behalf and be very involved in it's daily operation. Haile wears many hats - she is a mother, a creator, a blogger, a printer, a owner, a tireless do-er, a supporter and friend to so very many. Keep up the great work!

Fontaine Maury is all about customer service. I get immediate responses on all inquiries and they are the best at handling "re-do's" in a very timely manner. I am a very small fish in a big pond and yet they treat me like I'm their top reseller. To top it all off, they continue to come up with great new products before all the other vendors. I just had my annual open house and once again, Fontaine Maury got rave reviews!

You were patient with me when I first started; you worked with me when I made mistakes during the learning process. You have expanded your collections to meet the consumer product needs. When I missed a deadline to order in-store samples, you still honored it. Your customer service is pleasant, cooperative and honest. Even though we can and should use your website to track orders, etc., you still deal with us on the phone.

A little about the name "Fontaine Maury"
Fontaine Maury is named for Haile's mother, Fontaine Maury Flowers McFadden who was the driving force behind Haile's design career. Fontaine passed away just as Haile was finishing her MFA in Graphic Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. We think she would be proud of the work we do. In Fontaine's honor, we contribute annually to causes that aid in the advancement of breast cancer prevention and awareness.
