You can log into your Fontaine Maury account and check order status, get tracking numbers and print invoices.
You can actually see as much information about your orders as we can! It's a good way to make sure we received your fax. You can check on an order within 24 hours of faxing it to us.
It's very easy to do. Swear. It's easy.
Step 1: Just click this link or copy and paste it into your web browser: https://system.netsuite.com/pages/login.jsp
Step 2: Enter your user name and your password, these were sent to you when you were set up as a Fontaine Maury customer. If you are not sure what your log in information is, just email us and we'll get it right back to you.
You will then be able to look at your orders by clicking on "see orders". You can click on print to pop up a printable .pdf, or click on the date to open the order and see all the order information. You can also sort by the column headers by clicking on them.
